Abigail Moore Palmer

Funeral services to honor the life of Abigail Moore Palmer, 73, will be held at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM.  The service will be officiated by Reverend Mark Hopkins.  A committal service will be held Monday, February 2, 2026, at noon at Fort Jackson National Cemetery, 4170 Percival Road, Columbia, SC 29229.  Military Honors will be rendered by the US Air Force.   

Abigail is survived by her husband of 44 years, Jon Christopher Kiefner; daughter, Emily Palmer Kiefner (Nicholas), of Charleston; brother, Scott Palmer, of Oakville, CT; sister, Allison Palmer, of Auburn, AL; and step-sisters, Sarah Falconer Libby of Saint Cloud, FL and Grace Falconer Splude of Bar Harbor, ME.

In addition to her parents, Abigail was predeceased by her sister, Elizabeth Palmer Bryson.
