Beverly O'Donnell

A Mass of Christian Burial for Beverly Jean O’Donnell will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 1709 Lyttleton Street, Camden, SC 29020.  Father Orlando Serrano will officiate.  Inurnment will occur in Colorado at a later date.  Memorials may be made to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.

Beverly passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2025. Born in Eddyville, NY, she was the daughter of Walter E. Peterson and Regina Partlan Peterson.  A recent resident of South Carolina, Beverly spent most of her life in the mountains of Colorado, where she raised a family and worked as a Registered Nurse at IBM.  She is preceded in death by her beloved husband John O’Donnell, with whom she spent countless days on their mountain horses riding and camping in the high country.

Beverly is survived by her sons, Joseph W. O’Donnell, Captain (Ret.), USN (Kim) of Camden and Gary J. O’Donnell (Terese) of Ten Sleep, WY; grandchildren, Daniel, Bryan, Kyle, Katherine, and Gregory; and eight great-grandchildren.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
