A graveside funeral service for Carolyn Carrier Wooton, 81, of Camden, will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 11:00 AM. Rev. Jim Davis will officiate. Memorials may be sent to the American Lung Association, 1817 Gadsden Street, Columbia, SC 29201.
Carolyn died on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. Born in Nashville, TN, she was the daughter of the late Earl Price and Mary Carolyn Stephens Carrier, and wife of the late Donald B. Wooton. She was a member of Bethesda Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her daughters, Beverly Wooton Gotwals (Michael) of Greenwood, IN, Terri Wooton Cronk (Alan) of Camden, and Mary Wooton Fenley (Walt) of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Stephen Gotwals (Leah), Kaitlyn Mountel (Robbie), Tiffany Walker, Joshua Walker, Alan Neal (Alicia), Rachel Neal, and Chrissy Ramos (Lee); 9 great-grandchildren; brothers, Stephen Carrier (Meo) of Cedar Hill, TX, and Lee Carrier of Camden; and sister, Dorothy Mackey of Indianapolis, IN.
