David Wilson, Sr.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of David Jayson Wilson, Sr. will be held at 12:00 Noon on  Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, 1112 Fair Street, Camden.  Reverend Donnie Barrett will officiate.

David, son of the late Anna Margaret Campbell Wilson and Heyward Wilson, died on Monday, December 5, 2023.

David is survived by his children, Casie Brazier (Frank) of Hopkins, SC, David Wilson, Jr. of Union, SC, Bryan Wilson of Kershaw, and Brittanie Simpson (Samuel) of Florence, MS; grandchildren, Lance, Trey, Brenden, Lydia, Caroline, Lucas, Caidyn, and Emberly; and sisters, Deborah and Evon.

In addition to his parents, David was predeceased by his brother, Heyward Wilson, Jr. and granddaughter, Waverly Wilson.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
