Gary Edward Dance

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Gary Edward Dance, 51, of McDonough, GA, formerly of Westville, will be held at 4:00 PM on Monday, July 26, 2021 at Kornegay Funeral home, Lugoff-Elgin Chapel. Rev. Bill Dulaney will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service. Memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.

Gary died Wednesday, July 21, 2021. Born in Goshen, NY, he was the son of Antoinette Keller Davidson Dance and the late Joe Knox Dance. Gary served in the Marines, and was a mechanic with Swift Transportation.

He is survived by his mother; his daughter, Cory Jackson of Elgin; and brothers, Kevin Dance of Lugoff and John Dance of Columbia.

Gary was predeceased by his father, and brothers James and Joseph Dance.
