George Todd Cracraft

George Todd Cracraft of Camden, South Carolina, passed peacefully on November 14, 2024. He was 66 years old.  Graveside services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at Quaker Cemetery, 713 Meeting Street, Camden.

Todd was born in Wilmington, Delaware on June 27, 1958, to George A. Cracraft and Lee Mann Cracraft. As a child he lived in Japan; Ireland; Louisville, Kentucky and eventually Camden as his family traveled for his fathers’ employer DuPont. He was a graduate of Camden High School and Emory University. In May of 1987 he married Margaret “Molly” Semple, of Camden.  

He was preceded in death by his mother, father and stepfather Paul J. Williams, and his wife Molly. He is survived by daughter Katherine “Katie” Wasson (and husband Todd) of Summerfield, Louisiana; sons William “Billy” Cracraft and Michael Cracraft of Camden; brothers Scott A. Cracraft of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, and Guy J. Williams of Pasadena, California.  

He will be interred with wife Molly at Quaker Cemetery in Camden. Arrangements will be made by Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Theil-Meyer Animal Shelter, 128 Black River Road, Camden, SC.
