Grace Cribb Tanner

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Grace Cribb Tanner, of Camden, will be held at 2:00 PM, on Friday, August 11, 2023, at Fort Jackson National Cemetery, 4170 Percival Road, Columbia. Chaplain Michael Hillard will officiate. The family suggests memorials may be made to the Thornwell Home for Children, 302 Broad Street, Clinton, SC 29325.

Grace, the daughter of the late Leonard Antney Cribb and Mary Getha Moore Cribb, died on Monday, August 7, 2023. Grace was the widow of the late Jasper Levon Tanner.

Grace is survived by daughters, Tamah Davis of Columbia, Tonya Mericks (Newt) of Longs, SC, and Terri McCarley (Matt) of Camden; 6 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.

We would like to thank the staff at the Colonial at Old Camden for making her last 2 years enriched and loved.
