A service to celebrate the life of James Leo Jolly, age 96, will be held at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 2:00 PM.
James died Saturday, January 30, 2021. He was born in Mullins, SC, the son of the late James and Luna Stephens Jolly. James served in the Navy during World War II. He was retired from Frito Lay and he loved to camp and fish.
James is survived by his granddaughters, Christine Hook, of West Columbia, SC, Wendy Meadowcroft (Beau), of Moncks Corner, SC; great grandchildren, Jamie Morrison (Heather), Jerrica Baker, Doug Kates (Erin), Tony Meadowcroft (Mary), Rebecca Pritchard (Jamie), Justin Kane, Justin Munn (Morgan), Bre Hook, Taylor Hook and 20 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
James was predeceased by his parents; his wife of 56 years, Frances Lambert Jolly; daughter, Teresa Diane Jolly; 2 brothers and 2 sisters; and grandson-in-law, Darren Hook.
