John Campbell

A celebration of life for John Graham Campbell will be held on Friday, October 10, 2025 from 2:00-3:00 PM at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, 1112 Fair Street, Camden.  Rev. Mark Hopkins will officiate.   John, son of the late Henry Stoney Campbell, Jr. and Irene Frampton Campbell, died on Saturday, September 27, 2025.

John was a graduate of Camden High School and Horry-Georgetown Technical College. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served as an MP in South Korea.  John was an avid sportsman who spent his free time hunting and fishing, all the while accompanied by his faithful black labs, Buck and Pete.  He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

John is survived by his brothers, Stoney Campbell, III (Cindy), Jim Campbell, and Bill Campbell.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
