Karen Lynn Barton Obituary

Karen Lynn Woods Barton, wife of Keith Lavon Barton, passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Andrew J. Woods and Jean Beaumont Woods.

In addition to her husband of 50 years, Karen is survived by her sons, Douglas James Barton (Heidi) of Bethune, SC and David Adam Barton of Fairfax, SC; grandchildren, Brett, Brianna, Jakob, and Wayne; and great-grandchildren, Oliver Dean, and Finley; and brother, Andrew J. Woods, Jr.

Memorials may be made to the Kershaw County Humane Society, 128 Black River Road, Camden, SC 29020.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Lugoff-Elgin Chapel, is assisting the family.
