Lloyd D. Hilton, Sr.

Lloyd Daniuel “Shorty” Hilton, Sr., 85, died Wednesday, January 24, 2024.  He was the son of the late Horace Cecil Hilton and Rosa Mae Wallace Kelly, and the widower of Joan Lynn Horton Hilton.

Shorty is survived by his children, Cherri Tyner (Sim), of McBee, Cindy Lawhorn (Michael Outen), of Kershaw, Christy Brackett, of McBee, Kellie McNichols, of St. Cloud, FL, Angie Talbert (Clancey), of Cassatt, Bug Talbert, of Cassatt, Lloyd Hilton, Jr., of McBee; 18 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren, and a sister, Dora Kelly, of Sumter.

Other than his parents, Shorty was predeceased by a daughter, Joni Gray; brothers, Cecil Hilton, Buck Hilton, Alfred Hilton, Woody Kelly; sister, Faye Hilton; and granddaughter, Sinthya Talbert.
