Louine passed away on Thursday, January 29, 2026.  She was born in Camden, SC, the daughter of the late Luke Raley, and the late Thelma Newman Raley.  She was an active member of Wateree Baptist Church until her health declined.  She and her husband were married for 56 years, and together they owned and operated Dusty Bend Country Gardens, Wilson’s Deli, and The Magnolia Restaurant, for a combined total of 28 years. Through her work and life, her love for people and hospitality were evident to all.  She found her greatest joy in caring for others, especially her family.  Nothing made her happier than preparing meals for her family - always making sure everyone had their favorite dish or dessert.  Her cakes, were legendary, and family gatherings were always a feast.  She cared deeply for family, friends, and all those connected to them.

In her later years at Karesh Nursing Facility, she continued to share that same warmth.  She enjoyed the visiting entertainers, spending time with residents, visitors, and staff.  Whether it was craft activities, playing bingo, or her weekly beauty shop appointment, You could almost always find her taking part.  She will be greatly missed and leaves behind a lifetime of special memories.

The family extends special thanks to the entire staff at Karesh Nursing Facility and to Amedisys Hospice Care for their compassionate care and support.

Louine is survived by her children, Jeff Wilson (Rhonda), of Camden, Mitch Wilson (Karen), of Camden, Christy Gainey (Burton), of Bethune; grandchildren, Luke, Josh, Hunter, Ashli, Chase, Hannah; great-grandchildren Kinleigh, Tiger, Pressler, Wren, Caroline, Reeves, Zaylee; sisters-in-law, Marie Raley, and Jean Kirkland, and many nieces and nephews.

Other than her parents and her husband, Billy, Louine is predeceased by her brother, Haskell Raley, and sister Betty Lou Barnes.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
