Myra Ann Norris Lemonds

The family of Myra N. Lemonds, 85, announces the passing of their beloved mother.

Ms. Lemonds, widow of Everett W. Lemonds, passed away November 21, 2025.  Born October 25, 1940, in Rockingham, NC.  She was the daughter of the late Harvey C. Norris and Margaret Elizabeth Cameron Norris.  She retired from Hermitage Cotton Mill.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Arnold Lemonds (Rhonda), of Camden, SC; daughters,  Susan O’Neal (Arley), of Woodruff, SC, Brenda O’Neal (Larry), of Hartsville, SC; step-sons, Ronald Lemonds (Judy), David Lemonds, of Troy, NC, Terry Lemonds (Kathy), of Camden, SC; step-daughter, Elaine McDonald (Leon), of Candor, NC, and 22 grandchildren, multiple great-grandchildren; sisters, Margie Wombles, of Tarboro. NC, and Faye Napper, of Lugoff, SC, along with many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her son Mark N. Lemonds; brothers, Gilbert, Cecil, and Glenn Norris; sisters, Daisy Jones, Lucille Stone, Janett Nelson, and Becky Norris.

A private service will be held.
