Patrice Sanders

A graveside funeral service for Patrice Schaum Sanders, 68, of Rembert, will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, March 22, 20221 at the Church of the Ascension. Father John Zimmerman will officiate. Memorials may be made to the Thiel-Meyer Pet Adoption Center, 128 Black River Road, Camden, SC 29020.

Patrice died Saturday, March 13, 2021. Born in St. Louis, MO, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Jean Bellm Schaum, and wife of the late Emmett Preston Sanders.

She is survived by her daughters, Jessica James Clayborn (Josh Andrews) of Zebulum, NC, and Miranda James of Rembert; seven grandchildren; and sisters, Sue Schaum of Ruskin, FL, Lynn Schaum of Columbia, and Renee Snedecor (Jack) of Irmo.

In addition to her parents and husband, Patrice was predeceased by her brother Richard Schaum, Jr.
