Robert Gustavus Barinowski

Memorial services for Robert Gustavus Barinowski will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Grace Episcopal Church, 1315 Lyttleton Street, Camden, SC.  Rev. Pickett Wall will officiate.  Visitation with family will occur after the service, by the fountain if weather permits.  Memorials may be made to Cats Around Town, PO Box 1501, Camden, SC 29021 or Grace Episcopal Church, 1315 Lyttleton Street, Camden, SC 29020.

Robert, husband of Jean Anne Chaldecott Barinowski, died on Saturday, November 230, 2024.  Born in Birmingham, AL, he was the son of the late Clarence Aurelius Barinowski and Bertha Otey Barinowski.  Robert was a 1956 graduate of Virginia Military Institute and a retired aircraft engineer with the US Air Force followed by 13 years with Hughes Aircraft until his final retirement.

In addition to his wife of 60 years, Robert is survived by daughter, Kimberly A. Barinowski of Camden; son, Robert J. Barinowski (Sandra) of Greensboro, NC; and granddaughter, Tatum Barinowski.

Robert was predeceased by his parents and sisters, Babs Barinowski Hutchinson and Sophie Seibels.
