Sara J. Harrison

Sara Harrison, 78, widow of Michael W. Harrison, died Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at home with family after a brief battle with cancer. Born in Bradford, PA, she was the daughter of Charles and Patricia Kopp Schneider. 

She is survived by her sister, Christine Schneider Clifford; stepchildren, Dawn Harrison and Douglas Harrison; step-grandchildren, Dustin and Nolan Harrison; nieces, Maureen Clifford Arendt (Michael) and Ann Clifford Myers (David); nephew, John Martin Clifford (Erin); sister-in-law, Jerry Pailer (Lance); and brother-in-law, Gregory Harrison (Vivienne).

In addition to her husband and parents, Sara was predeceased by her sister, Denise Schneider (Robert Jesse).

Sara worked as a tax preparer for H&R Block for 30 years.  She also supplied her family with the world’s best pecan sandies and banana bread.

Per her wishes, there will be no service.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, is assisting the family.
