A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 1659 Kershaw Highway, Camden, SC 29020.

Sarah Elizabeth Goodson Mackey died Monday, January 4, 2021. She was born on January 17, 1931 to the late Merritt Aaron Goodman and Mary Goodman Mackey.

Sarah is survived by daughters, Ann Meyer (Phillip), of Augusta, GA, Connie Diane Young (Greg), of Camden, SC; sons, Terry Lee Sanders (Carolyn), of Kershaw, SC, Perry Eugene Sanders, of Cassatt, SC; sister, Dorothy Devitt, of Augusta, GA; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and daughter-ion-law, Terry Kay Sanders, of Chester, SC.

Sarah was predeceased by her sons, Eddie Stuard Sanders, Rev. James Merrit Sanders; brother, Rufus and sisters, Lorraine, Louise and Josie Maye and Emma.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, is in charge of the arrangements.
